Sinaia Netanyahu

Dr. Sinaia Netanyahu is the Director of Sustainable Finance, Business Development Division at Tahal.

Dr. Netanyahu is an agricultural and natural resources economist. She specializes in water, environmental and agricultural sustainable policies, social and environmental assessments (according to the Equator Principles and IFC’s guidelines), water security economics, drinking water policy, risk analysis of water infrastructures and in hazardous materials, storm water economics, development and implementation of water saving programs, trans-boundary water negotiation, water management under uncertainty and technological innovation.

Her academic work has been published in professional journals and books. Recent consulting includes government agencies (Israel, Angola, South Africa) and to international organizations (UNESCO, EU, OECD, Commission of Mediterranean Countries).
